Escada smocked blouse for the rich bitch who can afford it
I can’t imagine why this blouse costs $990.
$990 seems to be to be a ridiculous amount of money for a blouse.
The white smocked blouse from Escada that’s currently available at neimanmarcus.com is a nice blouse. I’d definitely wear it if I didn’t have fibroids that make me look like I’m several months pregnant. Then again I suppose I could wear it without the belt which is what I would have done anyway even if I didn’t have fibroids, since I don’t like belted things and have never liked them even when I had my twenty inch waist of which I used to be so proud. However, I don’t think I would pay $990 for a single blouse no matter how nice it looks.
The blouse material is cotton so that makes it even more difficult to figure out what about it makes it worth $990. Guess it must be the name “Escada”.
I have to admit that this is the first I’ve heard about Escada.
I guess Escada is so exclusive that only rich women buy their brand anyway. Thus, they can charge whatever they want to charge; but it seems ridiculous to me that something made out of two yards of cotton at the most costs $990.
If you like the blouse and don’t mind spending the $990 by all means buy it but I think hiring a seamstress to make you a duplicate would make more sense economically.
